1、 我二十几岁,在碧流台中学教学时,就想把很好听的皮影曲牌记录下来。曾经拜访当地的皮影四胡**尹河,给他记过皮影唱腔音乐曲谱。可惜的是,我当时记谱能力还不行,没能把尹**的皮影曲牌整理出来。现在想起来还后悔,当时为什么不用录音机把尹**的皮影四胡曲牌录下来呢?

2、 给皮影唱腔音乐记谱,可不是一件容易的事。皮影音乐属于板腔体戏曲音乐,音乐结构比较复杂,不像给歌曲记谱那样简单。常用节拍有2/4和4/4拍,有时也用1/4拍;音符除了常用的外,有时会用到三十二分音符;节奏特点更鲜明,很不好掌握。

3、 后来,我经常打车,到乡下唱影的地方认真听皮影戏,到影台子里仔细看艺人打板伴奏,还亲自用三弦或二胡帮场伴奏,感知领悟皮影音乐的基本节奏和鲜明特点。通过大量演出实践,逐渐掌握了皮影唱腔音乐的记谱方法,写出了符合皮影唱腔音乐特点的简谱。

4、 我用了半年时间,才戴着指套把音拉准。先用宽指套练习,后换窄指套练习,经过反复练习后才把握准戴指套拉四胡的力度,拉出了清脆明亮的皮影音乐声音。皮影四胡音乐的主要技巧揉弦、颤指、泛音、滑音更难学,必须脱离了二胡的演奏方法,练就皮影四胡真功夫,形成独特的皮影四胡音乐风格。
